The world is looking for the alternative sources of fuels. Toyota has understood this need of the people and has launched at the Los Angeles Auto show the new electrical Toyota-Tesla RAV4 EV Teased. This is actually the second generation of the EV, the first being released in 1997. A lot of fans are waiting to see this new version because this new product is manufactured by the joint collaboration of Toyota and Tesla, a well known American electrical car manufacturer.It has been said that RAV4 will posses range and acceleration that will be beyond what other electrical vehicle of this class will be having.

For the initial evaluation that will be conducted throughout the 2011, Toyota will build 35 vehicles for the demonstration. A number of tests in different climatic conditions will be performed to check the performance of the new Toyota RAV4 EV. So, that the customers by 2012, will get the best electrical car.A number of changes have been made to the new version not only to the exterior but also to the interior to make it more stylist and comfortable. The changes include in the front bumper, grille, fog lamps and head lamps.

Also in the interior new features like custom seat trim, multimedia das displays, push- button shifter and dashboard meters are included. Besides these facilities, the RAV4 EV has 73-cubic-foot cargo area with the rear seats folded down.This new product of Toyota is going to bring revolutionary change in the fuel economy and will save the environment from the harmful effect of carbon. The company has understood the positive impact of the eco cars on the environment.
